Wine-Making:
The grapes, gathered by hand and immediately transported to the wine cellar, are gently crushed, thereby extracting only the noble component of the must. This is followed by fermentation, partly in steel tanks at a controlled temperature, and partly in small French oak casks.

Refinement:
A wine that remains in small casks for approximately six months, during which time it is enriched in its structure and aromatic complexity.

Organolectic Features:
Displaying a delightful straw yellow colour with golden reflections, this wine has an intense and composite bouquet. Its flowery fragrances that recall the hawthorn and orange flower, perfectly matching the fruity suggestions of mature apple and hints of bananas and pineapples.

Food and Wine:
Due to its freshness, this wine goes perfectly with cold hors d'oeuvres, seafood and fish courses.

Temperature:
To appreciate it best, serve at a temperature of 12°C.

Storage:
This wine should be stored in a horizontal position, in a fresh and ventilated place and protected from light and vibrations.
